All newly created workspaces automatically start with a 14-day free trial on our Standard plan with no credit card required upfront. During the trial, you can evaluate full operational resilience, BCP, mitigation workflows, incident management, and Business DNA. When your trial ends, you can choose to activate your Standard subscription, switch to Basic, or contact sales for Enterprise.
Your trial does not automatically turn into an unannounced charge. Towards the end of the 14 days, you can choose your plan and confirm your annual subscription (DKK 22,000 / €2,950 for Standard, or DKK 16,000 / €2,150 for Basic). All risk registers, assessments, and workflows created during your trial are preserved.
We support payments in Danish Krone (DKK) and Euro (EUR). You can pay via corporate credit card (Visa, Mastercard), SEPA bank wire transfer, or Danish public/corporate electronic invoicing (EAN / NemHandel).
Yes. Basic includes up to 15 users and Standard includes up to 50 users. If your team expands beyond included user limits, you can add user packs or upgrade to Enterprise with prorated charges for the remainder of your annual term.
If your trial period ends before payment details are entered, your workspace enters a secure read-only mode. Your data is never deleted, and full editing capabilities resume immediately when an administrator activates a plan.
All customer data is hosted in ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified EU data centers, adhering strictly to GDPR, DORA, and NIS2 data residency and sovereignty requirements.
